Every time Stampin’ Up! has its SALE-a-bration
sale I just start singing this song.
It is indeed a Good Time to SALE-a-brate with unique FREE products (with
qualified purchase). Today my fellow STARS and I will be sharing a variety of projects
using FREE products from the SALE-a-bration brochure.
My card features the Favored Flowers Designer Series Paper, which is Free with a $50 purchase. The colors are just exquiste! Below are all the 12 sheets, 2 each of 6 double-sided designs.
I just love how this paper works so well with the Fragrant Flowers Bundle found in the Jan-Apr Mini Catalog. The dies fit perfectly over the flowers in this sheet of DSP. I added the Quatrefoil Tile embossing folder to add that extra dimension on this card. The sentiment, heat embossed in gold, also uses the die in the bundle. I die cut out an extra in Petal Pink card stock and cut it in half and glued to the outer edges to add depth.

Stamping with the Stars Sketch Inspiration!
I have been MIA for the last few Stars challenges due to breaking my wrist.
After 5 weeks in a cast, I now have 4 weeks with a brace and then physical therapy!
I have finally made my first card, somewhat one handed! Anyway, here is the
sketch.
And here is my interpretation!
Isn’t this Designer Series Paper (DSP) just
adorable? It is the star of this birthday
card. It is called A Day at The Farm.

I began this card with a thick Basic White cardstock
base. Then, I embossed Balmy Blue cardstock with the Hive embossing
folder to add another dimension to the card.
I love how the Daffodil Delight cardstock panel behind the DSP brought
out the yellow of the sweet little chicks. The small Cherry Cobbler cardstock
panel and stamped sentiment gave an additional pop of color as well as the Black
& White Gingham ribbon bow. I
completed this birthday card with a simple black Classic Mat dot. The sentiment is from Celebrating You cling stamp set.
