Stamping with the Stars #DOswts383 Stamp/Die Bundle Inspiration

Hey everybody! Welcome again to another Do Stampers Blog Hop! Would you believe this is my 14 Blog Hop post! That's amazing, especially for someone who was terrified of blogging! I have also realized I have never really explained what a Do Stampers Blog Hop actually is! I bet you are wondering exactly who and what Do Stamper are, right? This blog is inspired by stamp and die bundles.  Bundles are where you get a 10% discount when purchasing both the stamp set and the dies.  But wait, through the end of March, there are 13 bundles on sale for 20% off!! For my inspiration card, I used the Beauty of Friendship Bundle. The dies and sentiments in this bundle are truly timeless. There are 13 stamps and 9 dies. $58.00, now only $46.25

I used the blending brushes with Mossy Meadow and Misty Moonlight stampin' pads to create the background panel.  The sequins weren't quite the right color so I used the Misty Moonlight Blends to give them the correct blue color. 

And the birds were die cut from a scrap of Basic White cardstock, blended with the brushes and Misty Moonlight ink. (WE HAVE AN EASTERN BLUE BIRD NEST RIGHT OUTSIDE OF MY CRAFT ROOM WINDOW!!) The beautiful white tree and sentiment tag were both cut from dies in the bundle. 

Measurements

Basic White Thick Cardstock:  8-1/2" x 5-1/2", scored at 4-1/4" , center panel 3" x  5-1/4", tree 4-1/2" x 3-1/4", sentiment scrap 2-1/2" x 1/2"

Beauty of the Earth DSP:  4" x 5-1/4"
