It's that time again for another Stamping with the Stars Inspiration Hop. Each month my upline leader, Dawn Olchefske, challenges her team members to blog and/or post on Facebook our interpretation of a card sketch she gives us. Here is the sketch for this month's sketch inspiration.
And here is my interpretation!
I tend to go VERY literal with my sketch inspirations! I used the Cup of Tea bundle from the new Stampin' Up! 2022-2023 annual Catalog. This set reminds me of that song, "I'm a Little Teapot short and stout...." Yep, and if you're like me and and can't get that song out of your head, just embrace it and come stamp a teapot with me!
Using the Tahitian Tide Metallic Woven Ribbon behind the teapots I add a double bow on the right end. The teapots are from the beautiful Designer Series Paper called Tea Boutique and the opposite side is the lovely blue dotted paper. Don't you just love how the paper coordinates so nicely? I sure do. The little tag says, "Its Time for Tea" and is so adorable. It is cut from the die in the bundle and is stamped with Tahitian Tide ink.
The inside has a mat of Basic White thick cardstock with a cute little teacup stamped in the gorgeous Tahatian Tide ink.
Measurements:
Tahitian Tide cardstock base 8 1/2" x 5 1/2" scored at 4 1/4"
Basic White thick card tock 2" X 5 1/4" and 5 1/4" x 4" for inside
Tea Boutique 6 x 6 DSP (blue dots) 5 1/4" x 4" AND 3 teapots cut from the other side 1 1/8" square
Tahitian Tide cardstock mats (cut 3) 1 1/4" square
Be sure to follow the others on this hop! All the items to make this cute teapot card are below. Just click on an item to order.
